In the Fullness of Time: Historicising Sonic Practices
Sound and time-based experiences offer a challenge to mainstream contemporary art institutions attempts to both capture what is happening in the present moment, and collect in anticipation of future rememberings. This piece follows how experimental practices that centre on sound and listening are currently incorporated into such institutions; and how they are documented, archived, and collected for both research and re-presentation.
