Ben Eltham is a writer, critic and musician from Brisbane. He reviews and writes about the arts regularly for newspapers, magazines and websites, founded new culture festival Straight Out of Brisbane in 2002 and is currently a Fellow of the Centre for Policy Development, where he is researching a paper on a new cultural policy for Australia.
