As more and more artists are entering the web medium we are privileged to see conceptual muscle flexed to achieve the intimacy and quality that we expect from the traditional art arena. The experience of having real artwork to indulge in at home never ceases to amaze me. They are "out there" and therefore here with me at home. The macro and micro worlds that the Internet inhabits is a brilliant conceptual space that many artists from Asia are positioning in and driving quality· filled expression to the heart of the medium. The adolescent days of web art are fast evaporating as the speed that is associated with technology virally spreads to the access of mature art vision. The one computer virus, we could all do with a dose of - "artvirus"!
