Jo Higgins is an Australian arts writer based in London. She is Artlink's UK Contributing Editor and the author of 21st Century Portraits (2013), a National Portrait Gallery publication. She is currently the Young People's Online Editor at the South London Gallery, where she runs www.REcreativeUK.com, an online community and resource for young people interested in contemporary art.
